2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bj77 is ৳500. This limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

Once a deposit is completed successfully, it is credited to the account. If a technical issue occurs during a deposit, the support team must be contacted immediately.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Winnings earned from a bonus require the associated wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal. If any suspicious activity is detected, bj77 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and carry out an investigation.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in your account are for use on the bj77 platform only. Balances cannot be transferred to another person's account. For accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months, bj77 may take administrative action — the user will be notified in advance.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bj77 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, wagering of 10 times the bonus must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

Each bonus offer has its own validity period and wagering conditions, which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is claimed. A limit may apply to the amount that can be wagered per game using bonus funds. If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

• The same person or household cannot claim the same bonus through multiple accounts.
• If wagering is not completed within the set validity period, any unused bonus will be cancelled.
• bj77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

bj77's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback on weekly net losses is provided at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Cashback is calculated on net losses for the week, which is total losses minus total winnings for that week. Example: a Silver tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

To move to a higher tier, members must remain regularly active and maintain a specified level of gaming activity. VIP benefits are non-transferable and bj77 reserves the right to change the programme terms.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on bj77 are operated through recognised software providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, Spribe and others). Each game has its own rules and outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

If a technical fault affects the outcome of a game, bj77 reserves the right to void the relevant round. If an internet connection is lost during a game, play will resume from the state saved on the server.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers cricket, football and various other sports. No bets will be accepted after a betting market has closed. If match-fixing or unfair advantage is found, all related bets will be voided.

6.3 Prohibited Activities
